Strength Is About More Than Muscle
When people hear the words "strength training," they often picture heavy weights and intimidating gyms.
For a long time, I did too.
But strength has very little to do with looking a certain way.
Strength is about building a body that supports the life you want to live.
It's carrying groceries with ease.
It's keeping up with your kids.
It's feeling confident in your abilities.
It's protecting your health as you age.
Strength training doesn't have to be complicated.
You don't need expensive equipment.
You don't need to be an athlete.
You simply need to begin.
A few squats.
A few lunges.
A few push-ups.
Small efforts performed consistently create remarkable results.
What I love most about strength training isn't the physical transformation.
It's the confidence that comes with it.
Every time you challenge yourself, you're proving that you're capable of more than you thought.
That lesson extends far beyond fitness.
Strength built in the gym often becomes strength you carry into every area of your life.
And that's where the real magic happens.
