One of the most common things I hear is:
"I don't have time."
And honestly, sometimes that's true.
Life gets busy.
Work demands more.
Schedules fill up.
Unexpected things happen.
But here's what I've learned.
Most days, we may not have an hour.
But we usually have fifteen minutes.
That's where the 15-Minute Rule comes in.
Whenever my day feels packed or I don't feel like working out, I commit to just fifteen minutes. That's it. No pressure. No expectations. Just fifteen minutes of movement.
Sometimes it's a walk.
Sometimes it's stretching.
Sometimes it's a quick strength workout in the living room.
What's interesting is that once I start moving, I often keep going. But even when I don't, I've still done something positive for my health.
Too many people think workouts only count if they're long and intense. That's simply not true. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Fifteen minutes today.
Fifteen minutes tomorrow.
Those small investments add up in ways you may not notice right away, but over time, they create lasting results.
When you're short on time, remember this:
A short workout is always better than no workout.
