
High-Protein Egg Bake Bowl
I love this high-protein egg bowl because it takes 10 minutes to throw together, uses one pan, and then the oven does the rest
Simple. Clean. No mess.
Perfect for busy mornings or meal prep
Ingredients:
- ½ cup egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- 1½ slices Canadian bacon (chopped)
- 1 tbsp cheddar cheese
- Handful of spinach
- Small amount broccoli (chopped)
- Onion (diced)
- Red pepper (diced)
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Lightly spray a small glass baking dish
- Add all ingredients and mix well
- Bake for 28-30 minutes, until set in the center
- Let cool a few minutes, then enjoy
