CsS Services, Inc., a national leader in eviction management and process efficiency solutions for the rental housing industry, has announced the appointment of Clint Welser as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Welser brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across real estate, financial services, and large-scale portfolio management. In his new role, he will lead CsS's sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on accelerating revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and aligning commercial strategy with operational performance.
According to CsS CEO Herb Schwartz, Welser's experience leading large-scale, multi-state operations and high-performing teams positions him well for the company's next phase of growth. Throughout his career, Welser has overseen portfolios exceeding 17,000 properties, generated more than $600 million in revenue, and managed teams of over 100 professionals. His background includes senior leadership roles at AMH, PURE Property Management, and Ameritrust/Apex, where he directed national asset portfolios, vendor networks, and compliance initiatives in highly regulated environments.
Earlier in his career, Welser held a role at U.S. Bank, managing a $1 billion portfolio and leading asset disposition strategies exceeding $2 billion. He began his professional journey at The Coca-Cola Company, where he developed foundational experience in relationship management and operational leadership.
