Role Description
Based in Columbia, South Carolina, the Senior Manager serves as the primary point of contact for investors and is responsible for supporting market growth while overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple teams. The role includes developing and executing strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives, managing team performance, monitoring project timelines, optimizing workflows, and fostering collaboration across departments. The position also provides leadership focused on driving growth, improving client satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Candidates are expected to bring proven leadership experience, including the ability to manage, inspire, and motivate diverse teams toward shared goals. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to implement efficient, data-driven solutions. Knowledge of real estate investment, property management, and project management is highly preferred, particularly within single-family scattered-site real estate or investment-focused sectors.

The role also calls for excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support client relationships and cross-functional collaboration, as well as proficiency with relevant project and team management software. A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, management, or a related field is required, while an advanced degree is considered a plus. Candidates must hold a South Carolina Real Estate or Property Manager in Charge license, with industry-specific experience viewed as an advantage.
