They are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across a portfolio of single-family rental homes. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at managing teams, and is passionate about delivering high-quality resident experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.
Highly organized and action-oriented, the ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in residential maintenance, along with the ability to balance financial performance, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. This leader collaborates closely with property management teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure homes are maintained to the highest standards.
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
Oversee maintenance operations and expenditures, balancing cost control with resident satisfaction
Partner with property management and office teams to drive proactive, collaborative performance
Support the sourcing, onboarding, and coordination of local contractors
Conduct field visits to resolve complex maintenance issues and provide technical guidance
Recruit, hire, train, and develop maintenance technicians and supervisors
Who They're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
Proven experience in residential construction, renovation, or maintenance
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
Advanced knowledge of home systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and business applications
Valid driver's license and required state certifications
EPA or CPO certifications are a plus
