One of the biggest mistakes we make is believing movement only happens during a workout.
The truth is, movement happens all day long.
Or at least it can.
I've learned that some of the healthiest people aren't necessarily spending hours in the gym.
They're simply moving more throughout the day.
They take the stairs.
They walk while talking on the phone.
They park farther away.
They get outside whenever possible.
Movement becomes part of their lifestyle.
That's a much different mindset than viewing exercise as something you have to suffer through for thirty minutes before returning to a sedentary day.
When movement becomes normal, it becomes sustainable.
And sustainability is what creates long-term success.
The question isn't:
"What workout should I do today?"
The better question might be:
"How can I move more today?"
Sometimes the smallest adjustments create the biggest impact.
A walk after dinner.
A stretch between meetings.
A quick lap around the block.
Those moments matter.
Movement isn't an event.
It's a way of living.
And every step counts.
