Living at Parkside has been a true blessing! We love our community and have met some amazing people and neighbors!

From the very beginning it has been a breeze. Toni the community manager is top notch and bends backwards for our neighborhood. The application process was so easy and getting into our new home all fell in place and was such an ease.

The builders have done a great job as these are top quality townhomes. We love our home and again can't say enough good things about our community and our home!

The Property Manager Admin, Theresa Franklin was very helpful in the move-out process.

Always providing guidance and clear instructions for a good move-out experience. Even when we were offered the opportunity for a renewal, Ava Leasing Assistant and Amber, Renewal Coordinator with ARK Homes for Rent set the proper expectations and communicated the great offers for renewing the lease.

I normally do not do reviews very quickly especially with property management but this place has exceeded expectations for my partner and I! We came from a complex with little regard for its residents and within days they know us by name. Not for issues but because they care enough to get to know and remember their residents even asking about mentioned vacations or giving amazing referrals to places in town.

When we had a pest issue arise they took care of it right in front of me, immediately ordering the services needed and giving us everything we could need to battle the ants right away.

We are always greeted with warm smiles by each agent no matter who's in that day and encouraged to utilize the amazing amenities.

Kinsley was so patient with us as we walked multiple units before deciding on ours and worked so hard to make sure we got everything we needed and helped explain the entire process making it smooth and simple from application to move in.

The community itself and the residents are amazing. So well kept, friendly, and welcoming.

We even signed a two year lease and are so excited to make this place our home.
