Lafayette Real Estate announced that Jackie Lee, CEO of Brandywine Homes USA, has been named a 2025 Georgia Titan 100 honoree, recognizing Georgia's most accomplished business leaders for exceptional leadership, vision, and impact. Brandywine Homes USA serves as Lafayette's property management affiliate, supporting the firm's vertically integrated SFR and BTR platform.

Under Lee's leadership, Brandywine Homes has maintained a strong focus on resident satisfaction, operational excellence, and scalable growth. Lafayette CEO Thibault Adrien highlighted the recognition as a reflection of Lee's dedication and the strength of the Brandywine organization, noting the firm's long-standing commitment to vertical integration as a driver of resident experience and lease renewal performance.
Lee also plays an active leadership role within the industry, serving on the board of the Georgia chapter of the National Rental Home Council and co-chairing its operations committee. Since joining Brandywine Homes in 2019, she has brought nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including senior leadership roles at Zillow Group and FirstKey Homes, where she oversaw large-scale single-family rental portfolios.
The Georgia Titan 100 honor underscores Lee's influence as an operator and leader in the SFR industry, as well as Brandywine Homes' continued commitment to delivering high-quality, well-managed housing across Georgia. The 2025 honorees will be celebrated at an awards ceremony on May 8, 2025, at the Delta Flight Museum in Atlanta.
