What You'll Do
Lead the technical vision and architecture strategy across resident, associate, and investor platforms
Decide when to build, buy, or partner on software solutions
Build, hire, and develop high-performing, diverse engineering teams
Lead multiple engineering teams through rapid growth and scaling
Define engineering goals and ensure high-quality, on-time, on-budget delivery
Partner closely with product leadership to align technical and product roadmaps
Oversee resourcing, forecasting, and financial planning for engineering initiatives
Manage external vendors, ERP solutions, and engineering partners
Negotiate vendor contracts and evaluate technical capabilities and staffing models
Assess new technologies and ventures for business and technical viability
Serve as a respected technical leader across the organization and industry
Who They're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
15+ years of software development and architecture experience
10+ years of engineering leadership experience
Strong knowledge of scalable architecture patterns and system design
Strong business acumen with experience building ROI/NPV-based business cases
Familiarity with modern tech stacks (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Java, .NET, SQL, etc.)
Awareness of IoT and emerging technology trends
Proven ability to scale teams in high-growth environments
